I'm In Again

Wow, its been awhile since my last post. So how is everybody? Since Shaun arrived from Colorado, we've been busy working and hanging out. The last night out we had was during Jody's (Shaun's Buddy) 30th birthday in Texas. It was fun... I should have took a picture of the Naked Half Body Booby Cake, he-he. I can't wait to see them again... they're fun... No Drama! haha. Anyway, while I was out from blogging, I received messages from friends and family on YM, CP, E-Mail, Friendster, Multiply and MySpace. I just want to thank you guys for remembering me... I read them all that's for sure, I may have not replied to it yet though, he-he.


Thanksgiving just passed by... and we had a great time. It made me miss my family in Pinas, grabe 4th time of Thanksgiving and Christmas without them... how sad. Pero sige lang, magkakasama rin kami. By the way, I baked 2 dessert and 1 side dish on Thanksgving and Shaun's family loved it. Wow, na-impressed ko sila... ha-ha. I'm tired of being in-charge of cups and plates noh... grrr. For side dish I baked Sweet Potato Southern Style, for dessert, Chocolate Delight with Pecan and Green Stuff with Marshmallow (yummy). Thank You Rhonda for sharing your Mom's Home Made Recipe Book... I may have to copy the whole book, ha-ha. So guys, if you want the recipe just let me know... very easy to make and you'll enjoy it.

Oo nga pala, nakakaloka ang chikka that I got few days ago. Ayaw talaga akong tan-tanan ng isang brutitch... aba, questionin ba naman kung anong trabaho ng asawa ko dahil naka afford ng iPhone for me... ha-ha. Golly, how rude to ask. Hindi lang 'yan, laitin ba naman ako kasi Oklahoma *southern* ako nakatira, susmio... isang tidal wave ka lang ija ereased ka na sa mapa... ha-ha. Dinga pansin 'yan lugar nyo sa Globe noh. Patama lang ito sa brutitch na tira-ng-tira sa akin wala namang binat-bat. Nakakatawa ka talaga, ikaw itong nag sabing hindi namin afford ang mamahaling bagay... eh ikaw naman itong gulat na gulat sa katotohanan... ha-ha. What a Big Shame! Kakahiya ka! at kapatid mo! Mayabang na wala namang dapat ipag mayabang... ha-ha.

Have to get off here now... baka masabi ko ang name ng brutitch, wag na, kawawa naman, baka matauhan pa 'yan. Naku, I can't wait sa comeback ng friend.. ano kayang bagong sasabihin ng guilty epals??? hmmm???

Toilet Paper Wedding Gown Contest Winners

One usually wears a wedding gown only once... SO...why not make it DISPOSABLE!! ??

The dresses entered in this contest were SO SPECTACULAR, that we HAD to award more prizes, this year. We even gave Hannah Kim a $200.00 ' Second Place' award... as the detail on her dress is incredible! And, the judging was so difficult this year, that we also gave out THREE $50.00 'Honorable Mention' awards. It is hard to believe that ALL of theses wedding dresses are made from toilet paper...But, they are!!

Watch out Vera Wang!! Not only did we have more entries than last year...they just keep getting better and better. And, everyone had a great time making their special wedding gown creations. Unfortunately, we can't put all of the entries on, but here are just a few of these unbelievable toilet paper dresses.

Last Hours of my Rest Day

It feels so good to be back on my religious ways. I went to a Catholic Church (St. Williams) this morning and I was glad I made it in time. Since I arrived the U.S., the only time I entered our church was before I got my job... since then, I faded. Never went to church anymore. Some of you may wonder why sudden changed? well, I just turned 30 years old and everything had been great, though there were ups and downs I still end up being happy. The good things that was given to me, the friends, the family and my husband... they're the reason why am going back. I think it's time for me to stop and drop all the baggage. I've been a church child since I was young and just quit with no reason. *Having no time is not a Reason for me* So now I'm coming back and hoping I'll stay forever.

In the middle of my napping this afternoon, Shaun my baby called me and its so good to hear that he misses me so bad. He'll be home soon and I will sure give him some lovin'. We talked on the phone like forever and feeling ko parang mas miss nya ako. Maganda pala na kahit minsan malayo kayo sa isa't isa noh? hihihi. Ano kayang mangyayari when he gets home... gosh!!!! Kilig to the bone ulit ako, hihihi. "Hurry home baby... hurry home"

Well, I guess I have to enjoy my remaining hours of my rest day. I've been out of the office for a week and tomorrow I had to go back. Ano nanaman kaya ang new drama? lol.

Bastos

What a day. I've been running around to shop Christmas gifts for my family in the Philippines. To make it easier on me, I have decided to shop for the girls first, then next weekend I will shop for the boys and the last will be for my Mom, Papsy and my brother, syempre dapat special diba, he-he. But I do still need to get more for the girls 'cause I didn't get to finish it today. Anyhow, as I was taking photos of the gifts before wrapping them (para excited silang buksan, hihihi), I noticed something on the labeling printed on the fashion jewelry watch box, bastos ng pangalan... ha-ha.

Golly, talagang pang babae talaga itong item, ha-ha. Ano ba 'yan? of all names, baket pareho pa sila? ha-ha. You won't see this post in Friendster kasi baka makita ng cousin ko 'to eh di nasira na surprise ko, lol.

Anyway, I just thought of sharing it kasi umatake nanaman ang kabastusan ko, ha-ha. I just feel so tired tonight and I guess am getting off here and go to bed. I miss my baby already.

Express Way

Hey, I passed my driving test, yepey! I was so nervous yesterday, OMG, my hands were so cold and sweaty, ha-ha. Before I went to their office my sissy Misty taught me how to parallel park, she was there to watch and guide me while I was doing it. And I can not believe that I passed it. Everything was perfect yesterday. And it only took us like 5 minutes the most, and that was it. The instructor asked me if I was born in the Philippines and I said "Yes Sir", and OMGosh, he asked me to write that on the form and my hand was shaking as I was writing it, ha-ha. Then he handed me the paper and said to me to go to the tag office and show this paper to them. Ha-ha... I got so excited and said "OMG Sir... you passed me? OMG... thank you so much". That was so embarrassing kasi with matching tili talaga, haha. Then he said, "NO"... oops, naudlot and tili ko. I thought he'll tell me I didn't passed. He paused for a few seconds and said "I didn't passed you... you passed yourself, you did a very a good job" then he walked out. what a snob! pero in fareness, he's really nice. Sa sobrang tuwa ko, when stepped out of the car, I was jumping like I won a lottery, haha.

Thank you all who prayed and have faith in me. Salamat talaga. And Thank You so much Lord. As in, I owe you this one!

Well, that's not all guys. So I passed right? Me and my sissy went to celebrate, he-he. We went to my office first to pick up my FREE Gift Card, he-he. My boss and officemates were happy for me, ang sarap ng feelings. Then, we went to Salitas Bar and had a couple of Island Iced Tea, Blue Margarita, Pinacolada and a shot of Patron Tequilla. Were we over doin it? Hmm... not yet. Then we went bowling and drink again. Misty was so drunk and I had to drive her to my house. Of course I was scared 'cause I was intoxicated and I just got my license. But I was confident and sober enough to drive. I'm glad we're safe.

Today is going to be another day, me and my Mom-n-Law will do some shopping... wohoo!

Driving Test 11/02

Second Time around so I better pass this time. Guys, please help me pray to pass my test. I failed last Friday, it was so hard to accept after driving several times na and still I didn't pass.

Shaun is out of state... I wish he's here to comfort me if I fail... again... hu-hu. I miss him so much na!!!!
